  • Our designated exhibitor camping area is located at the NW corner of the Wagin Showgrounds with easy access to ablution facilities.
  • Power outlets are available to campers on a first-in basis.
Sheep Delivery: $10.00

Straw Bales Delivery: $15.00

Hired for the duration of the Woolorama. Delivered to your site. No straw bales in Indoor sites.

Telehandler Hire - Per Lift: $30.00

Telehandlers need to be applied for with Online Application.  

The telehandlers will on be available during daylight hours.

Exhibitors please bring own straps.

Power - 32 Amp: $380.00

Power is supplied to corner of block and exhibitors supply their own internal cables. Exhibitors are reminded to order adequate power for their needs as overloading the system will cause great inconvenience to other exhibitors.

Power - 15 Amp: $170.00

Power is supplied to corner of block and exhibitors supply their own internal cables. Exhibitors are reminded to order adequate power for their needs as overloading the system will cause great inconvenience to other exhibitors.

Power - 10 Amp: $70.00

Power is supplied to corner of block and exhibitors supply their own internal cables. Exhibitors are reminded to order adequate power for their needs as overloading the system will cause great inconvenience to other exhibitors.

Liquor License: $85.00

Water Supply: $30.00

A supply of water to sites by tank (firetruck). Exhibitors must supply their own containers. Please note: water supplied is not suitable for drinking. Limited access to taps is also available.
