Our 2020 Wagin Woolorama program is jam-packed with a huge range of entertaining activities for the whole family! This year we have made strides to introducing new and exciting never seen before entertainment at our Woolorama!

Time to PLAY. Head to our historical village where you can watch some fantastic, jaw-dropping tricks and whimsical comedy for the whole family with Mr Ricochets Family circus! Mr Ricochet is regarded as one of the best in the industry when it comes to family entertainment, recently awarded the 2018 Fringe World Family Entertainment award. Not only will you be coming down to watch this spectacular show, but you will also have the opportunity to have a go!

Keep the kids entertained all day in our Kids Zone, full of fun and games all day. We are bringing back the classic action-packed Laser Tag Undercover, using your skills and strategy to defeat your opponents. Pat, feed and cuddle Mallery the Donkey, Boto the Alpaca, Ferrets, Chickens, Ducks and more at the Incredible Creatures petting zoo. Hold a lizard or a snake if you dare and get that photo you have always wanted with Reptile Haven! Or even bring your own funky and furry animal from home (no dogs or cats) and enter them into our very own new Pet Parade, we encourage kids between the age of 3 and 12 to bring along their cutest, friendliest and dressed up pets, with prizes to win! Also expect to meet our very own roaming magician who will be showcasing magic tricks, illusions, balloon twisting and more!

Sit back, relax and WATCH. This year we are excited to bring Western Australian State Emergency Service Canines, who assist the WA police in searches for lost and missing people. They will be giving demonstrations on tracking techniques in the field. Watch as our WA Axemen Woodchoppers from all over the state chop it out in a nail-biting wood chopping spectacular! Grab a drink from the Wine BAA and watch on as our Young Farmers go head to head in farming challenges to see who can complete the farming tasks in the fastest time. Visit Norman, WA's biggest steer hopeful! Our very own Woolorama president Howie claims that our Norman is the heaviest in the state challenging our very own Knickers who is the tallest and took our media by storm in 2018. Norman's weight has not yet revealed; for a gold coin donation, you can have a guess and go into the running for a prize (all proceeds to go to Breast Cancer Research WA).

For the lovers of music, it's time to LISTEN. We have plenty in store at this year's Woolorama. With 4 individual and unique acoustic artists coming along and performing at our food courts and bars. Expect to hear classic covers from INXS, Powderfinger, Bruce Springsteen and more from Paul Brennan. Original songs played with a guitar, stomp box and special effects with Hayden McGlinn. An award-winning WA singer-songwriter, Kelly Newton-Wordsworth, who carries her passion for environmental and humanitarian values expressed through her singing and songwriting. And world-class entertainer, Joseph Graham, with an extensive vocal range and adept guitar capabilities. We are also pleased to announce Perth Band Rogue is performing at this year's rodeo! The 5-piece party rockers from Perth, electrify stages with a trio of the lead vocal, multi-genre medleys and crazy onstage antics!

Time to LEARN. Wagin Woolorama thrives off educational opportunities, visited by children and schools from all over Western Australia. A new initiative "Ask me a Question" program will feature in each judging section allowing patrons to ask about anything relating to their particular part, creating a high level of interest in the Woolorama community to increase visitor satisfaction.

This year we also welcome both RAC and the Royal Flying doctors brand new educational simulations. On the basketball court, a life-size RAC helicopter will allow participants to experience a virtual reality that takes them through the process of a rescue mission. And if that's not enough learning about rescues you can find yourself at the Ray Johnson Pavilion attempting another rescue mission with the full-sized, fully equipped aircraft simulator of the Royal Flying Doctors.

For the first time for a while, Woolorama will have Skateboarding WA, showing lots of cool tricks! Skateboarding WA's focus is to promote skateboarding as an alternative sport. So boys and girls, of all ages, grab your skateboards and your mates and come down Friday night between 5 & 8pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm, have a go and to learn to skate!
